Andrea Salzmann lives and works in Vienna. Her feminist practice examines how communities emerge and develop their own narratives. She explores stories, characters, and the construction of society that tells them. Various questions arise in this process: What brings stories into the present, and how can history be shaped as a living reflection of the now? Her work is based on a performative approach and uses various media.
