Brazilian media artist, researcher, and professor of Media Technologies at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten (AT). Based in Linz since 2022, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the VALIE EXPORT Center Linz/University of Arts Linz (2022–2024) and holds a PhD in Cultural Studies from Humboldt University Berlin (2020). Her work lies at the intersections of art and science, exploring poetic and symbolic layers of technological artifacts, informed by cybernetics, relational aesthetics, media archaeology, and new materialism. She holds a BA in Media Design – Image and Sound from the Federal University of São Carlos (2005) and an MSc. from the Architecture and Urbanism Department, University of São Paulo (2010). She has been a visiting researcher at the Interface Culture Department, University of Arts Linz (2008) and the Laboratory for Architectural Experience, Federal University of Minas Gerais (2010). Between 2011 and 2013 she worked as a culture commissioner at SESC São Paulo, curating and producing programmes in media art, digital culture, and dance. Her artistic and academic work has been presented in South America, Europe, and the United States.
