Study of Sound Engineering in Graz. Since 1999 working and studying at the Institut of Electronic Music and Acoustic in Graz. Currently working on his Phd on “Live-Coding in computermusic”. Since 2000 he works as Developer and Maintainer of various Opensource-Projekts in Media Arts of Pd (Pure Data). He is Co-Founder and President of pd-graz, a no-profit association dedicated to the promotion of the open source realtime computer music system “pure data”and founder of forum::für::umläute.

IOhannes zmölnig is an Austrian composer and musician.
He was born in Graz in 1966 and studied composition and music theory at the music academy there, where he studied composition and music theory.
Zmölnig is best known for his experimental and electronic music, which he often develops in collaboration with other artists and musicians.
He is also the founder and director of the ensemble ‘die reihe’, which specialises in the performance of contemporary music. Zmölnig has received numerous prizes and awards for his work and is also active as a lecturer and teacher at various music academies and institutions.
