Shilla Strelka (AT) Shilla Strelka is a freelance cultural journalist, curator, and concert organizer. Her journalistic and curatorial work focuses above all on sonic experiments and dissident electronic music. In her research she explores post-fundamental concepts of (sonic) communities and the politics of aesthetics. As the artist Inou Ki Endo, she has a penchant for infernal and cerebral nonmainstream sounds. Inou Ki Endo djs regularly, playing techno, noise, and experimental sounds ranging from drone to ambient from the past, present, and future. Strelka organizes concerts as Struma + Iodine, curates the Unsafe + Sounds Festival in Vienna, and is part of the Elevate team of curators in Graz.
