lives and works in Vienna. She studied at the International Centre for Culture and Management (ICCM) in Salzburg and has been involved in the organisation, coordination and content of radio art projects, symposia, CDs, publications and international telematic art projects. She gives presentations and lectures on radio art projects at festivals. Since 1998, she has been the producer of the weekly radio art programme Radiokunst - Kunstradio (http://kunstradio.at) on ORF Kulturkanal Österreich 1. In 1999, she founded werks - an art association dedicated to the realisation of artistic projects in telematic media, which published “Re-Inventing Radio - Aspects of Radio as Art” (eds. Heidi Grundmann, Elisabeth Zimmermann, et al, Revolver, Frankfurt am Main, 2008). From 2010 to 2015 she was the Chair of the Ars Acustica Group of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). She was part of the international curatorial team for the festival Radio Revolten, Halle/Saale, 2016. She is also a recurrent member of juries.
